Go Solutions has been involved in Ohio school Medicaid since the 2003-2004 school year with the outdated Community Alternative Funding System (CAFS) program. The state of OH shut down the CAFS program in June 2005 due to the inability to comply with Federal Medicaid requirements. The current program Medicaid in Public Schools (MIPS) emergency rules became effective in December 2008 with full implementation in March of 2009. Go Solutions is intimately familiar with all aspects of the current MSP program from the Fee For Service program to including the cost reporting process and the RMTS program. Go Solutions is currently servicing 5 districts in OH, with an additional school district starting their implementation this Spring!
