Wisconsin IEP and Medicaid Billing Services
In Wisconsin, school districts and local education agencies play a crucial role in providing health services to students, particularly those in special education. Medicaid programs and school-based service programs are essential for ensuring that children receive the necessary health care and coverage.
Our tools, GoClaim, GoIDEA, and Section 504, are designed to streamline these processes. GoClaim assists with Medicaid billing, ensuring that districts remain Medicaid-enrolled and compliant with all relevant regulations. GoIDEA supports the completion of IEP forms, helping schools meet Department of Education standards.
By leveraging Medicaid services and health insurance programs, Wisconsin schools can offer comprehensive health coverage and services to their students, ensuring that all children’s health needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Each LEA must submit monthly claims for all billable services to be eligible for cost settlement. These claim payments are known as reimbursements. The reimbursements are considered interim payments and are paid out throughout the year. Cost Settlements are based on the actual costs of the districts minus interim payments and are paid after the school year has come to a close.

We Make the Annual Wisconsin IEP Rollover Process Easy
The rollover process can be completed anytime between July 1st through the first day of school.
When the rollover is complete, your district has the ability to select if you would like to archive/lock the forms into the previous school year or the upcoming school year with a simple dropdown.
From start to finish, the process only takes 15 minutes to complete.
We are happy to help do the rollover with you and walk you through the steps.
No need to archive/lock IEPs or Evaluations that are in process.
All you need is your upcoming school year calendar to know when the school days are for the year.
The specific steps, process, and time required may vary for each district depending on your interface and the complexity of your system.
