Idaho School-Based Medicaid Billing Made Simple
Idaho school districts provide vital services every day. Recovering the federal funding for those services shouldn’t be the hardest part of your job. From IEP alignment to Certified Public Expenditure (CPE) tracking, we ensure your district stays compliant and fully funded.
IEP & 504 Integration: We ensure service documentation—type, frequency, and duration—perfectly mirrors student plans to meet Idaho’s strict “Medical Necessity” standards.
Streamlined Provider Logs: We make it easy for clinicians to document location and qualified provider credentials, reducing the risk of “insufficient documentation” denials.
CPE & Match Fund Management: Avoid reimbursement delays. Our tool helps you plan, track, and reconcile the non-federal share (Certified Match) with precision.
Audit-Ready Confidence: We don’t just process claims; we build a digital paper trail that stands up to Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (DHW) reviews.

How We Help ID School Districts
In-House Physician
Go Solutions provides a dedicated physician who signs referrals on behalf of the district. This eliminates the need for districts to seek external doctors for signatures.
Credentialing & Auditing
If you’d like extra support, we offer Idaho schools free audit assistance for overlapping services to ensure compliant, accurate service documentation—plus credentialing support (available as an add-on).
Efficient Processing
Once the referrals are signed by our in-house physician, we promptly enter them into GoClaim and upload the signed referral through our secure vault, returning the signed original to the district. 504 billing in Idaho:
Maximizing Medicaid Reimbursements for School-Based Health Services
Are you missing out services that can be turned into billable claims?
Section 504 presents a significant opportunity for school districts in Idaho to enhance their Medicaid billing capabilities. Unlike traditional billing practices that are limited to students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), this opportunity allows qualifying districts to bill Medicaid for Medicaid-enrolled students with a 504 plan, not just those with an IEP. This enables districts to access additional reimbursements for a broader range of services.
Eligibility
To qualify, the following criteria must be met:
- Students: Must be enrolled in Medicaid, have a 504 plan, and receive medically necessary services.
- Care Plans: Must be prescribed and signed/dated by a Qualified Medical Provider (QMP) enrolled with Medicaid, and include details on the scope, duration, and frequency of services.
Go504 Helps You Streamline Billing
With our expert support, your district can confidently navigate the state’s Medicaid program while maintaining full control over Section 504.
