This session will cover an overview of Medicaid Administrative Claiming staff pool lists. Who should be included in those pools, what those staff pools are used for, and how to handle federal funding to better increase the districts reimbursement.
 
Leadership and top management support over the course of your oversight of the Medicaid program is beneficial for the success of the program to direct strategy and engage staff that builds collaboration, by ensuring their input, support, smother execution, and provides a structured, transparent process that reduces risk managing compliance in the program. It gives you a real-time view of the progress of the program and as it unfolds it allows you to quickly adjust course as needed. In this webinar you will learn how to incorporate planned involvement to help minimize oversight, eliminate duplicated efforts, and simplify the reporting process.
 
In this session, we will show a high-level overview of our Guardians system and its functions. This system allows you to electronically obtain a Parental Consent to bill Medicaid from your parents via email.
 
 

In this session we will cover how we keep each district complaint in their billing with the audits and edits that are built into Go Solutions that are set for each state individually, how each provider and district administrator can monitor entry to ensure all services provided are meeting the IEP requirements, and the benefits of required documentation that can be stored in each students file which allows the benefit of having everything you may need at your fingertips for IEP meetings.  With the data that we collect in the database for you we can look at what services you are billing and identify where we can help bring in more reimbursement for your district and what you may be needing to get more of the services you are already entering into the system to bill out.  Our objective is to be that second set of eyes that helps maintain the ability for you to offer these specialized services for those that need them.

This session will provide an overview of what school-based Medicaid billing entails and types of programs available, ie Fee-For-Service claiming based on a preset cost schedule, School Based Services Annual Cost Settlement, and Medicaid Administrative Claiming.
 
Today, staff turnover is inevitable. In this session, we will guide you through creating and documenting your procedures and policies for various Medicaid related items. These items and tasks will include, student demographics information, parental consent to bill Medicaid, referrals, provider entry, provider notes, etc. At the end of this session, you will have the tools needed to put together an easy-to-follow procedural guide of all things related to Medicaid.
 
 
This presentation will delve into the challenges and solutions encountered when using Go Claim. In this presentation, we will highlight best practices used to troubleshoot common issues. Come join us for an overview of the GoIDEA IEP system. In this administrative overview we will bring it back to basic and show areas you might have forgotten about since your initial trainings. This will give you a good base for our more in-depth sessions throughout this conference.

Join us in our Forms Processing and Archiving session. We will go over how forms in the GoIDEA system process and update our management screens. Along with this we will show a few tips and tricks that users may have forgotten about the forms area. If you have questions on how other districts process forms, we will have time to do open discussions and ask questions amongst other districts.

Come see what all the buzz is about! Our staff projection software can help balance caseloads and keep up to date on each student’s needs. 
 
In this session we will go over the new enhancement idea of adding a documentation workflow to the system. We will break into small groups to collaborate on how we can help make this user friendly for staff and the administrative process.
 
In this presentation we will showcase the Section 504 module. Districts can collaborate on how they use the system and manage their Section 504 student records. During this informational session we will walk you through the 504 process and how to manage 504 caseloads.
 
New Feature!! In this presentation we will unveil the new WI State Reporting Maintenance screen in GoIDEA and how to resolve errors. Districts will have the opportunity to ask questions and see this new tool in action.
 
In this session we will showcase our favorite tips with using the system. This will bring your knowledge to the next level in using GoIDEA. This session will go over features that administrators have access to and allow you to make the system your own.

In this presentation we will go over some of our favorite reports in GoIDEA. We will cover reports that are great to run throughout the school year along with what reports to run to help clean up data within the system. You will be able to discuss with other districts what favorite reports they use and have found helpful over the years.
