VillageEDOCS Announces Addition To Its Executive Ranks
SANTA ANA, CA, Feb. 1, 2008—VillageEDOCS, Inc. (OTCBB:VEDO),
a Software as a Service company
providing proprietary on-demand outsourced business solutions, announced today
the addition of technology veteran Dean Parsons as General Manager of the Company’s
GoSolutions business unit.
Mr. Parsons joins the Company with more than 25 years experience in the high
technology environment,
primarily focused on the services business in both finance and operations.
Prior to joining VillageEDOCS, Mr.
Parsons was a Vice President at Getronics, an international provider of information
and communication
technology services, where he was responsible for the nationwide workforce
of remote technicians in the United
States. In addition, he spent nearly 20 years with Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS)
holding various financial
leadership positions in traditional financial consolidations and budgeting
roles, pricing, vendor, and supply chain
management. Mr. Parsons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting
from Ohio State
University. He also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from
La Salle University (Philadelphia).
