  Organization Details: GoSolutions, Inc, a client of SOI's, is searching for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for their Call Center in St. Petersburg, FL. Excellent benefit package!
  Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Inbound Call Center
  Salary Range: $11.50 per hour
  Requirements:  Flexibility to work ANY shift – our office hours are: 8:00AM – 12:00 MID, Monday – Sunday
  Summary: Provide level 1 technical & billing support for internal/external customers for communication and messaging products offered by GoSolutions. 
  Duties: Duties include (but not limited to) utilize company systems and software to provide solutions to customers; resolve complex technical & billing issues; problem issue tracking; various reporting; interacting with QA & Development team; ability to do research (internal & web-based); and product testing.
  Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:  High School diploma or equivalent.  At least 1-2 years experience in billing support or technical support in a Call Center environment.  Proficient in several types of software and web based applications (Microsoft Office, Help Desk tracking software, QA testing software, Internet Explorer & Windows XP/Vista).  Experience with audio/video conferencing products & telecommunications applications a plus.  Proven successful customer service skills and the ability to handle escalated customer service concerns.  The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and able to work on multiple projects at one time.  Fluency in Spanish will receive the highest consideration.
