VillageEDOCS Sells VillageFAX and Questys

17 January 2012 - VillageEDOCS (VEDO) announced that it has completed the sale of its VillageFAX and Questys businesses to Avantce’, a private equity fund in a move that will sharpen VillageEDOCS’s operational focus on GoSolutions SaaS offering and strengthen its financial position.

While the financial details are not disclosed, both organizations will have continuing access to the each other’s offerings and technology involved in this transaction for use in its own offerings. This sale is aligned with the strategy to generate cash to complete the transformation to a profitable, sustainable SaaS company.
