January and February are when 2007 Property Valuation and Tax
Change Notices are distributed to citizens and businesses throughout
the state. As part of TBS Print and Mail Services, we are
able to easily publish/print your volume Property Assessment
Notices, mailing them directly through the US Postal Service.
As a time and cost saving advantage, TBS would look forward to
providing this service for you.
Price includes printing, postage, envelope and a printed summary
report of notices processed and mailed.
Pricing guideline based upon number of notices mailed.

Pricing is at $.67 per return, which includes the form, printing, envelope and
postage.
There is an annual $150 charge for conversion / set-up.
If postage rate increases occur before mailing dates, per item
rates increase accordingly.
