Windows Applications
MessageVision a user to send faxes to individuals or broadcast
lists from any MS Windows application. Faxing
your documents is as easy as printing your documents. By
selecting File/Print from your MS Windows menu and choosing
the DirectFax printer, you will launch a simple and easy
to use graphical interface. This interface allows you to
compose and fax you cover page and attached documents to
individuals or any number of Phone Books from your Windows
Applications.

cover page directory
- Select the appropriate service level needed
for each fax job
- Attach multiple documents from multiple
applications
- Send faxes to an individual by entering
the contact information, or to all individuals
in the selected Phone Book
