• Experience with InstallShield development and scripting.
• Experience with Microsoft Patterns and Practices: Smart Client and Web Client Software Factories using Composite Application Blocks and Enterprise Library.
• Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
• Knowledge of Windows Foundation Presentation (WPF) and LINQ is a plus.
• .NET Framework 3.5 and MS Visual Studio 2008.
• MS Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2008.
• Microsoft SQL server.

• Participate as part of an Agile/Scrum development team
• Work with product owners to help refine software requirements based on Marketing and Product requirements
• Create and document software designs to meet requirements
• Implement design, document, unit test, and fix defects
• Responsibilities include use of process tools for configuration management and defect tracking
• Work in collaboration with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Documentation writers and Technical Support to ensure the quality of the software products and components
• Mentor junior level software engineers
• Throughout the process, the engineer will work as a liaison with other team members, the product owner, marketing, and quality assurance.

• Bachelor's degree in Information or Computer Science
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Java web application development
• A proven track record in building enterprise-class software products and solutions
• Experience developing multi-tier enterprise products using JEE technologies with RDBMS interaction (Java, JSP, Servlet, EJB, JNDI, JDBC)
• Basic understanding of PL/SQL, and relational database design
• Communication and written skills and the ability to integrate into a close teamwork environment
